I have an AMAZING lemon bar recipe that knocks the socks off every single person i've served it to. But...these peanutbutter bars are the ONLY RECIPE that has beaten my lemon bars. they are SO GOOOOD!

It probably would have been a 5 star if I didnt have a brain fart and accidentally double the nuts. Therefore the bread was reaaaly dense and nutty, but I love my bread like that! I popped a slice in the toaster this morning and then spread it with jam for moistness...YUM! P.S. dont be afraid to add the orange juice. I thought it would be too orangey but it came out perfect!

oh...my...gosh!!!!!!!!! these are the fluffiest, tastiest, most delicious cookies I've made yet! I cut down a bit on the butter but..AGH they're so GOOD!!! Try the recipe, you will NOT be dissapointed!
