Garlic Baked Potato

I think I would use foil next time. Very dry skin.

Spice Baked Rice

I am not much of a cook, but my husband LOVED this. I used a can of tomato soup + 1 can of water in lieu of the tomato juice as I did not have tomato juice.

Pork Chops with Tomatoes and String Beans

I covered the 8x8 dish with foil before putting in the oven. I used thick chops. They were very juicy.
