Garlic Parmesan Orange Roughy

My husband really liked this dish but I thought it was alright. I think I didn't like the cheesy/creamy taste on fish.

This is yummy! My husband and I really liked it and thought it tasted like something we would get at a restaurant. I might have put a little too much cayenne pepper but it gives the dish a great kick.

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Tasted just like the soup I got at a restaurant! I loved this soup! I'm definitely going to make this again. I didn't peel or seed the tomatoes (because I missed that detail) but I loved the soup anyways. I also used 1/3 cup of butter instead and it tasted great. I'm going to try 1/4 cup butter next time and see how that turns out. This soup is so yummy with french bread. Mmmmm.
