Delicious recipe. I did substitute a few things for what I already had on hand.Red bell pepper for the green bell pepper,paprika for achiote powder and Marsala wine for the white wine. I also cooked in a regular pot slow-simmered for 1 1/2hrs. Thank you, Heather for this wonderful recipe! This will be a new regular in my house, for sure.
