I love to cook the foods that bring back the childhood memories of grandmas house. The smells of arroz con leche and baked goods is always a plus. It's all about the smells... and than the taste tops it all off. I love to cook with my kids. They are always up to helping in the kitchen. We also enjoy making food look like critters and things. I guess you could say we "play with our food". My daughter calls it "art you can eat." Ah, tackling the gluten-free world.... I won! I won! Many involving almond flour. It is much more delicate and hard to master than the good ole fashion flour.
