I'm a Pastry Chef that is working out of my home right now hoping to open a store front soon. I've been married for almost 30 years and we have 3 daughters. I got started with cake decorating before I got married. I enjoyed it so much and I wanted to do more I went back to school after my kids were grown and got my baking and pastry certification. I love to bake and make both beautiful and delicious desserts. Making Christmas cookies with my daughters. When ever a dessert or cake comes out the way I plan it to... that's a triumph. When I forgot I had chocolate on the store and it burnt so bad that it smoked up the whole floor.
