I'm a Pastry Chef that is working out of my home right now hoping to open a store front soon. I've been married for almost 30 years and we have 3 daughters. I got started with cake decorating before I got married. I enjoyed it so much and I wanted to do more I went back to school after my kids were grown and got my baking and pastry certification.
