Isaac's Juicy Chicken
I give it a 4 for flavor but there are a couple of changes I suggest. First, cut the bread crumbs in HALF, there was more than enough to do a dozen chicken thighs. Second, cook these on a shallow rack in a baking dish, otherwise the bottom half of the chicken pieces get soggy.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
No kidding, this was a BIG hit with my family. I too doubled the recipe, added a bit more ham than the recipe called for, used canned broth instead of water, added a couple of fresh minced garlic cloves and some sliced carrots. I also followed another reviewer's suggestion to suatee the celery & onion before adding to the broth. THIS RECIPE IS A KEEPER!!

Barb's Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad
I followed suggestions from previous reveiws by making just half of the dressing, using Miracle Whip as the creamy dressing. Followed to a tee otherwise and this was a sure crowd pleaser.
