Grilled Broccoli
this recipe was easy to make and very good. a nice alternative to the usual grilled veggies.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler
We went blueberry picking and had a ton of fresh blueberries to use, so I tried this recipe. I doubled the recipe and cooked in a round casserole dish. It looked a litte soupy going into the oven, but turned out awesome. Everyone is already asking to make this again.

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread
This is the greatest. I'm not Irish so I can't say how "authentic" it is or not. But either way it's a great bread and I always get asked for the recipe when I take it somewhere.
