Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits
These were wonderful! Whenever I get sick I love biscuits. Normally I use my grandmother's recipe, but being away from home I couldn't remember the exact measures. While this recipe wasn't quite the same, they were very light, fluffy and had a very pleasant buttery taste. I would definitely recommend them for a warm breakfast or as a compliment to a nice bowl of stew.
