Passover Chocolate Torte
This is incredible! I love chocolate, so with some ganache, it is delicious. The cooling is very important to get the full fudgey-ness.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
This was amazing! I served it for a group dinner, and the people loved it! The only thing I ran into was that I didn't have a strainer for the raspberry sauce, so I didn't strain it and it was fine. Ridiculously yummy recipe!
