I love to shop for food, talk about food, cook food, and share food with friends, family and loved ones. It's definitely the way I express my love for people and food. Food is my first love. I love to cook hearty meals in the winter and light meals in the summer. I am a seasonal eater/cooker. This week I cooked ribs, and roast duck. I love comfort foods from different cultures. My favourite traditional family meals are cabbage rolls, plum dumplings, crepes, goulash and snitzel. Lots of Croatian meals that remind me of my upbringing. Capturing the heart of my beau in my kitchen by cooking a fantastic Korean meal the first time he came over. I can't think of any right now...but I'm sure there have been plenty...
