Double Tomato Bruschetta

Fantastic! Since we do not have a lot of money this was our breakfast, lunch, and dinner! We will definitely have this again when we have a bit of spending money.

Being that we are from Texas we just love to spice things up. We used Mexican styled potatoes and added chopped jalepenos. We also added a bit of crunchy bacon on top because my boyfriend, like any guy, loves it! Will definitely make this again.

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

We have made this about 5 times since trying it a couple months ago. It's so easy and so tasty and I don't typically like meatloaf! The only modification we make is adding lots of cayenne. We like everything with a bit of a kick to it.
