I would have never thought of this yet so simple. I am always looking for single quick meals to make when my husband is not home for dinner. I have already ate atleast a half dozen of these.

I tailgate for college football games and like different items than burgers and brats. I thought these were fantastic I added just a touch of cayenne to the cream cheese. The only suggestion I have is let the cream cheese soften enough to spread easy and let grill at a low temp to let the peppers soften then bump it up so that the bacon crisps and it is to die for!

I thought this was awesome. I invited over a few friends and they enjoyed it as well I did cut it down by a box of cornbread simply because I didn't think it would fit in the pan but it was awesome. Took a little longer for the center to cook but thats understandable as stoves vary. I am going to try adding a can of kidney beans to it next time just for kicks! Must try.
