Asian Chicken Noodle Salad
I made this salad for the family and we all loved it! I left the dressing on the side so that the leftover salad would keep for another day. Very yummy!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
I tried very hard not to over stir the batter and these still came out very tough for me. They did puff up quite a bit, but still tough. We didn't care for these.
