This soup is AMAZING in more ways than one! I used crab meat and shrimp, so it's versatile (besides that I followed the recipe exactly); it was EASY to make; and my dh said it's one of the best seafood bisque soups he has ever had! I will definitely be making this again!

My dh and i liked the mustard flavor of this recipe, but i would suggest going very light with the bread crumbs.

This recipe was SOOOOO fast and EASY!!! Dinner was done in 15 minutes and it tasted delicious! My husband thought I slaved over some sort of a vodka cream sauce...HA! If you like garlic and tomatoes, you'll love this recipe. I was hesitant about the sour cream, but you don't even know that's what was used for the delicious topping.
