Buffalo Chicken Dip

People RAVE about this at parties! The only thing I changed is I used 2 chicken breasts, boiled/shredded instead of canned. It is SO delicious!

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

These had the best flavor of any mashed potatoes! Fantastic recipe - only I was so rushed I was wanting to boil the garlic with the potatoes and I forgot! I'm excited to make them again so I can try that!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Fried Cinnamon Strips

This was a great idea! We always have tortillas in our house and always need to use them up. I did add a few more teaspoons of cinnamon to the sugar. Great snack and absolutely delicious!
