Too Much Chocolate Cake
I do not consider myself to be a cake lover, and usually only eat it to be polite at birthday parties, but I do love this cake. In fact, my 11-yr-old son requested chocolate cake for his birthday, and, cringing at the thought of another store-bought mix with store-bought frosting, I came to allrecipes.com. I'm so glad I did! My only issue with this recipe is with its name: I contend that there is no such thing as "too much chocolate." That said, this certainly is a cake for those who really love chocolate! Very moist, dense and flavorful, there can surely not be a better chocolate cake recipe anywhere, and as for me, I have stopped looking. This was very easy to make. I used the Satiny Chocolate Glaze with this, and it was wonderful, but this cake doesn't really need icing. Try this - you won't be disappointed.

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits
I followed this recipe exactly as written, and found them to be the most tender biscuits I'd ever made, and among the easiest to prepare as well. I didn't have trouble with the dough being too sticky, so I'm not sure why others did. The only thing I would change is that next time I'll roll the dough a bit thinner than 3/4 inch, as they were a little bit too thick and filling. I used a star-shaped cookie cutter instead of a biscuit cutter and had good results.

Garlic Pita Bread Bites
These make store-bought cardboard-textured pita pockets actually palatable, and I did't even have to go to the trouble of kneading and baking my own pita! I served these with hummus at a recent family gathering and was complemented on them. Thank you for this recipe! I wouldn't change a thing.
