I've been trying to find a perfect chili recipe forever, and this is the closest I have come so far. Of course, I changed a few things. Like many other reviewers, I added 1 can of black beans and 1 can of garbanzo beans. I also substituted the beef broth with one 12oz bottle of beer. The beer I used was actually brewed with coriander, so I omitted that spice from the recipe. I put out sour cream, cheese, and Fritos for toppings. It tasted amazing!

This is probably the best pot roast I've ever had. It came out tender and juicy, with a delicious gravy to pour over mashed potatoes. I only had a two pound sirloin roast, so I had to modify this a bit. I used 1-1/4 cups of beef stock, 1 can of mushroom soup and the full envelope of onion soup. I cooked it on low for about 8 hours. It came out perfect!

Yummm! This salad was awesome - so many different tastes that blend together perfectly. We included bacon bits and croutons for a little crunch, but it isn't necessary to add anything to this. I even had it for lunch the next day - I will definitely make this again!
