Tarragon Chicken Casserole
i love this casserole. i don't usually have half and half so i almost always just use regular milk and i usually use a little more cream of chicken soup to make it creamier (one family sized can as opposed to two regular cans). i really love this dish!

Easy Quiche
i never put broccoli in my quiche, and i use different meats all the time and i love this recipe. i am giving it four stars b/c the first time i cooked it using the suggested temp it didn't cook right. so i lowered the cooking temperature to 350 degrees and cooked it for 40-50 minutes. much better. my favorite thing about this recipe is that you can interchange meats and veggies and the "base" of the recipe is perfect the way it is. also, it makes a lot. i use a deep dish 9 inch pie plate, and whatever doesn't fit into that goes into my regular sized pie plate and i get two decent sized quiches from this one recipe.

Frosting Made Easy
i made this recipe because i didn't have enough confectioners sugar to make the icing i usually make. this was definitely easy to make, and it ended up with a nice consistency- very light and fluffy and easily spreadable. it was mostly bland with a strong aftertaste of shortening, and not at all sweet. i ended up dumping the rest of my confectioners sugar in it to sweeten it up a little and that didn't improve it much.
