Caramel-Filled Chocolate Cookies

These were the BEST cookies ever. My husband who "doesn't like chocolate cookies" ate a whole batch! Luckily I tripled the recipe! Be sure to grease your hands up before rolling the dough. This is somewhat messy but well worth it!I will make again!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was so easy! The only thing I did different was seasoniong my chicken before I put it in the crockpot. This is a great recipe for a busy night & makes a great comfort food. The "dumplings" were fantastic. No one thought they would turn out so good but they were just as good as grandmas homemade ones!

Pennsylvania Coal Region Barbecue

The best sloppy joe ever! I didn't have the white vinegar on hand so I substituted white wine vinegar instead. Just as good! Other than that I followed the recipe exact! This is a keeper for sure!

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

YUMMY! Very quick & easy to make! My husband who "hates SOS" licked his plate clean & asked for 2nds, & 3rds! I didn't have the worcestershire sauce so I added 3 bullion cubes instead of the 1. It turned out great! The picture does not do this dish justice! We ate it on top of lightly buttered toast. I am not big on leftovers but this was just as good warmed up! Next time I will try the worcestershire sauce. I am sure it will still be just as delish!
