Vegan Bean Taco Filling

Mmm, almost tasted like meat! There is only one vegitarian in our house, and well ALL loved this recipe!!! Dad didn't very much like it, but only because his filling fell out. lol

MMm, this was REALLY yummy! I didn't use the tomatoes, however. I was too lazy and thought the salsa would cut it, but it didn't.

Tuna Tarragon Salad on Pita Chips

Syrian Spaghetti

It was okay. I think I just really don't like baked spaghetti . . . it kinda made my stomach sour. :( However, it smelled good while it was baking . . .

This is the best cream cheese frosting I've ever had. I was licking the beaters! It was sweet, yet stil tangy. However, I used all 8 oz of the cream cheese, only a cup of the sugar, and used most of a can of arisol whipped cream. Of course, the whipped cream would have tasted better if it was the real thing, but the arisol cream made the frosting nice and light. Great on carrot cake, but waffles + apple sauce + cream cheese frosting = match made in HEAVEN.

Carrot Cake XI

I DESPISE carrot cake, but this was the best cake I ever had!!! I made it involuntarily for school, but when I tasted the batter, I was in HEAVEN! It was about an hour before I cleaned up because I was so busy licking the bowl and the spoons!

Easter Surprise Cupcakes

I'm not the greatest fan of cupcakes, but these were delectable! I used Lilliput eggs that I had left in the freezer for several days, but I'm sure they would have stayed whole even if I hadn't frozen them. However, when I bit into a cupcake after I had let them cool, the egg was still quite cool, which I found refreshing. I ate them without icing, but my friends prefered them with icing. By the way, DO NOT tell your friends that there is a chocolate egg in the cupcake before they find it. They WILL be angry with you. :P
