Valentino's Pizza Crust
This is a FABULOUS crust! I use it all the time, in fact, it's the only one I ever use. And you simply MUST use a pizza stone. I bought one and have never gone back!

Banana Crumb Muffins
Absolutely brilliant muffins!! Personally, I added some walnuts. They stay fresh for a long time - if you can manage to keep yourself from polishing them off as soon as they come out of the oven, that is. Everyone I gave them to loved them as well! EXCELLENT!!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Fantastic recipe, and easy too! Personally, I only added 1/2 cup sugar and used butter instead of oil. Next time, though, I'm going to make TWICE as many! The crumble topping makes them even better!
