Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Basic pumkin bread recipe. This pumpkin bread is really moist, as long as you cover it with foil as soon as you take it out of the oven, that way you lock in all the moisture. I made it at night, covered it, then in the morning poured maple frosting as a glaze over it.
