Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins
These muffins were FANTASTIC. Changes I made based on a combination of other reviews are: Used a total of 3/4 cup sugar instead of 1/2 cup, used 2 eggs instead of 1 and added 1/2 cup sour cream. Used regular size chocolate chips, and yield was 15 super sized muffins.

Oven Roasted Potatoes
Wouldn't change a thing!!! I prepared it as directed, and I was a little worried that the herb/oil mixture would not be enough, but it covered all the potatoes wonderfully and the taste was amazing! Even my 9 year old loved it. Would definitely make again. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo
I made this last night, followed the recipe exactly as it is written and it was PHENOMENAL!!! The flavors are amazing and the ingredients married perfectly. The only complaint I have is that I have to work out extra today to burn off the calories... ha ha ha. Would definitely make again for a dinner party.
