Wouldn't change a thing!!! I prepared it as directed, and I was a little worried that the herb/oil mixture would not be enough, but it covered all the potatoes wonderfully and the taste was amazing! Even my 9 year old loved it. Would definitely make again. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.

I made this last night, followed the recipe exactly as it is written and it was PHENOMENAL!!! The flavors are amazing and the ingredients married perfectly. The only complaint I have is that I have to work out extra today to burn off the calories... ha ha ha. Would definitely make again for a dinner party.

These have got to be THE best blueberry muffins I have ever had! Thanks so much for a fantastic and simple recipe. Made my first batch without the topping because I didn't have cinnamon, and they were great. Second batch I did the cinnamon/sugar topping and it was AMAZING!!!! Its like having coffee crumb cake with blueberry goodness. Would not change a thing. I store them in a Ziploc Bag that i placed a paper towel in, that keeps the top from getting soggy.
