My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
This is soooo good. A little time consuming, but well worth the wait. I used butter instead of margarine (I don't use Margarine) and it was delicious. Next time I will probably up the caramel to popcorn ratio though.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole
Best sweet potato casserole! I also bake my sweet potatoes, and add cinnamon and nutmeg to the casserole. So good!

Apple Crumb Pie
