Really enjoyed this bread. It wasn't very sweet so I made a brown sugar glaze to swirl over top, to give the bread a little added sweetness. To make the brown sugar glaze, just mix a few tablespoons of light brown sugar, and a few tablespoons of water to make a thick glaze. Pour over top, and enjoy!!!! It is good on its own too, if you don't want the sweetness.

These were pretty good. I read the reviews that if made as is, they were a little dry. I substituted 1/4 cup applesauce for the sugar, and added about 1/4 cup skim milk. They turned out delicious!!! They made 6 large muffins (which is how my family prefers them). All in all, very tasty!!!

The cobbler did not turn out anything like the picture. The batter did not rise, and turned into a lumpy, gooey, pasty mess. My children refused to eat it, and my husband's first experience with peach cobbler was not the greatest.
