Fresh Ginger Cookies
These were a huge hit with my husband and kids. They were soft and chewy and oh-so-delicious!

Easy Lemon Cookies
I made two batches of these (along with several other types of cookies) and sent them to my husband in Iraq. He shared them with the guys in his unit and they were a BIG hit! Super easy to make and delicious!
