Glazed Mint Brownies

The glaze on the brownies was really good, and it looked really pretty, but I wasnt that impressed with the actual brownie part. I might substitute brownie mix next time.

Potato Leek Soup III

This soup was so amazing. I added some extra yellow onions, but I think it would have been amazing either way. Like others, I also added half the butter and half and half instead of heavy cream.

Ratatouille

So good. I added some stewed tomatoes and seasoned it pretty well, but it was amazing. I didnt know eggplant could taste so good.
