Well, I'm only 18... But seeing as neither of my parents have much time to cook, I've been cooking forever. It's become a hobby of mine and to be honest I have gotten quite good at it. I'm a University student, so I don't have much time to cook anymore, but while at home I can always be found in the kitchen :) Curried Chicken is my favorite dish of all times, I'm into foreign foods the most. Or anything spicy is nice ;). Greek is my specialty though, I know the best Greek recipes I'll be sure to post on here... Being of Eastern European ancestry, I'd like to try some new Eastern European foods, so be sure to suggest some to me. Pastitsio, I make the best hands down... But my dad would kill me if I didn't post his famous spaghetti sauce recipe here, which i will do! Jamaican Jerk chicken... I made sure to left a comment on the recipe though, haha.
