About this Cook
Well, I'm only 18... But seeing as neither of my parents have much time to cook, I've been cooking forever. It's become a hobby of mine and to be honest I have gotten quite good at it. I'm a University student, so I don't have much time to cook anymore, but while at home I can always be found in the kitchen :)
My favorite things to cook
Curried Chicken is my favorite dish of all times, I'm into foreign foods the most. Or anything spicy is nice ;). Greek is my specialty though, I know the best Greek recipes I'll be sure to post on here... Being of Eastern European ancestry, I'd like to try some new Eastern European foods, so be sure to suggest some to me.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Pastitsio, I make the best hands down... But my dad would kill me if I didn't post his famous spaghetti sauce recipe here, which i will do!
My cooking tragedies
Jamaican Jerk chicken... I made sure to left a comment on the recipe though, haha.

Fry Bread Tacos II
MMM! We buy these on the reserve during pow wows. This is JUST like the ones we get there... They're great with some cinnamon and lemon juice too, if you save some for leftovers(very filling, you will I'm sure) they taste very good if you just pop them in the microwave

Pastitsio III
Authentic pastitsio uses ziti noodles, and I've never heard of some of these ingredients being in the pastitsio recipes I've made. It still tastes pretty good though to be honest, just not what I had hoped!

Field Grade Spaghetti Sauce
I love experimenting with non-traditional spices in foods, such as cinnamon in this one. Between the cinnamon and dried onion soup mix, it has a terrible aftertaste. Sorry to give it such a negative review but won't be making it again obviously.
