Watermelon Basket

I agree this was very time consuming. However, the addition to my summer luau was a big hit!! Everyone raved about the beauty of it and the refreshing taste was perfect.

I love vodka being true to my Russian heritage and I am always looking for different way to spice up this potent drink. I am so glad to have found something as different as this was. It was simple and very refreshing on a hot summer day. I love the way the tangyness of the pink lemonade adds and yet compliments the vodka's taste. Thanks!

Strawberry Rhubarb Cream Pie

I tried this and my family officially LOVED IT!! I used fresh rhubarb and it was perfect. I even loved the texture of the custard. AMAZINGLY DELICICOUS!!

Cottage Cheese Roast

At first I was hesitant to try this dish but my husband and even my KIDS RAVED at how wonderful it turned out. Of course, I did not tell them that the meatloaf they were eating had no MEAT in it until they commented how much they liked it. My 10 year old wants it all the time now.

Eggplant Parmesan II

SENSATIONAL!! This dish is very good and very filling. Your family will definately not be hungry for dessert! A little goes a long way...I cut it down and put it over whole grain roman rigatoni it was fantastic! Thanks for submitting it!

Pineapple Beets

I LOVE THIS RECIPE!! WHy is that so amazing? I have hated beets since I was a small child but they are my husband'f absolute favorite!! So I made them as an anniversary dinner. He absolutely RAVED over them and I ate them too. I will make this a regular on our table.
