Love it, Love it, Love it. I would rate this higher if I could!! I did lay the bacon flat and added brown before I rolled the smokies, then aded the brown sugar on top once they were rolled. I cooked them for a while then turned on broil and flipped them over to make sure they were crispy all the way around. I took them to a memorial day cookout and they were gone within 1/2 hour.
