So good, and so easy! I followed the recipe fairly closely. My only change was to use a Boston Butt instead of the ribs. I cooked it on high high in my crockpot for 4 hours, then transferred it to my dutch oven where I shredded it, removed any excess fat, and mixed in my fave bbq sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's). After that I put it in the fridge til the next day, when I warmed it in the oven at 350 for 1/2 hour. I served it on rolls with cole slaw, and it was a huge hit.

I had to change the recipe up a little bit to work with what I had, but it was still fantastic. I'm certain that the original recipe is delicious too. I used a bottle of white zin, peach schnapps (instead of peach vodka), the lemonade concentrate, no sugar, a bag of frozen peaches, and a can of lemon-lime soda. The results were delicious and refreshing (and potentially very dangerous!) Everyone, from my Sister in Law who rarely drinks to my Brother in Law who is a "beer man", loved this. Here in Florida, this is a perfect year round drink. Thanks!

This is a fantastic recipe I see myself using every morning! It is just too hot for hot coffee, so this is the perfect way to get your caffeine fix. Generally, I am not a fan of instant coffee, but it works for this recipe. I used Splenda and skim milk, and it was still perfectly delicious. I've also jazzed it up with french vanilla creamer and chocolate syrup. Thanks for a great, quick, money-saving recipe!
