To DIE for! This is my 1st NY cheesecake and it was a complete success!!! Got heaps of praises from family members, neighbors and those who ate it. I followed everything to the dot except the crust, I used Oreo base instead as I personally love Oreo so much that I just wanna include it in ;p Well, I suppose the steaming water bath helped too. No cracks, it didn't sink. I left it in the oven without opening to check or anything. It was PERFECT when it came out! Thanks so much for this lovely recipe. Good recipe is hard to come by, this is definitely a keeper for the rest of my life!

Made it for lunch and everyone loved it. My husband had 2 helpings! He told me not to make it at first but when it came out from the oven, even he couldn't resist ;p Thanks for such a beautiful recipe. Simply made it because of the good reviews it has. I'm not a big fan of bread pudding but undoubtedly, it was great! Used brown sugar instead of white. I didn't have raisins so I went without any toppings.

It was beautiful! And very tasty! I made it for a gathering at home and everyone loved it! My hubby is a huge fan of cheesecake and is very picky as well and he loved it!!! My brother in law too! (He asked which bakery did I buy it from ;p) I'm so impressed. This is my 1st cheesecake and it came out so good. I followed the recipe except I cut down the cream cheese to 2 packages, added vanilla in both cheese mixture and base. Used unsweetened strawberries and added sugar myself so that I have a control of the sweetness (I don't want it to be too sweet). The lemon juice was great! I added some in the strawberry mixture and of course the cheese mixture too. I can't say enough good things about this recipe! If you're a cheesecake lover, don't miss it!!! Highly recommended ;)
