I am married with three step-children and five grand childchildren (another on the way as of this writing). I have lived in FL for nearly 10 years and currently work for a construction materials company. I recently built a wood fired oven and have cooked home made pizzas every week. I have never tasted a pizza that tasts as good as the ones from my oven (but I'm biased). I am just starting to get into bread baking and have much to learn. I don't have much of a tradition but would like to start one by baking some high quality breads in my WFO with the kids and grand kids.
