Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup
Shhh... don't tell my Grandma... but this soup is better than hers. I did have to change it a bit because I didn't have all the ingredients. I used 1L of chicken broth and about 6 cups of water and a heaping TBS of the broth granules. I also omitted the carrots and put in 1 1/2 cups of cooked basmati rice instead of noodles. Oh, and I cooked cut up chicken breast with the onion and celery at the begining. It was delicious! And I'm having trouble not eating the whole pot before my hubby gets home from work.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV
These were really good cookies. Not too sweet, and easy to make. I couldn't find macadamia nuts that wern't salted, so I bought the salted ones and rinsed off the salt. It worked fine, but I would cut the salt back in the recpie though, maybe to a 1/4 tsp. Also, I doubled the recpie but didn't even use a full bag of white chips because that would have been too many (although I never use the full amount of chips in any recpie because I don't like a lot)

The Best Ever Chicken Nuggets
These were great! The chicken was very juicy. I whipped them up for dinner in about 15 minutes. I scaled the recipe down for 2, and I think that there was too much flour. I used about half a cup for 2 good sized chicken breasts. Next time I may also add some pepper flakes to the flour mix. Don't worry if you don't have a thermometer, I don't and mine came out perfect! Thank you!
