Pleasant Pork Chops

Turned out ok, but seemed to be missing something. I stuck to the original recipe except I also added mushrooms. If I make this again I'll experiment with different spices in the sauce.

Chicken Tikka Masala

Fabulous! This is just as good as what we get at our favorite Indian restaurant. Next time I will cut back on the pepper in the marinade; it was a little spicy for my boyfriend.

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Yummy! This is a pretty simple recipe. I left the peperoncinis on the side since my boyfriend doesn't like them. A real crowd pleaser; all of the guys devoured it.
