My name is Jaimee. I am 13 years old and I live in Illinois. I love baking any kind of dessert! Every Thanksgiving and Christmas my family gets together and each person in the family makes something. It's DELICIOUS! I recently baked a Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake. I was supposed to put the hot icing directly on the hot cake, let it sit for a couple of minutes, and then put it in the fridge. I forgot to put the cake in the fridge and in the morning I had to take it into school. The whole ride to school I was holding the cake on my lap and when I got there, I handed the cake to my mom and I had chocolate frosting all over my lap! Luckily, I called home and got a new set of clothes!
