Easy Texas Chili
I added fresh garlic cloves, and a beer. Simmered for about 4-5 hrs. Best chili i've ever made.

Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter
This was very good on sirloin steak. I found the topping perfect for corn on the cob and the baked potatoes as well.
