Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
This turkey was amazing. It didn't shred like I thought it was. It actually sliced :) I was tempted to add liquid but I didn't and there was plenty of liquid to use for gravy. The taste was amzing. I cooked for the 1st hour on high then I stoke the meat probe to my crockpot in the meat and set it to 180 degrees once it hit that point, I took the probe out and remained cooking it on hgh for about another hour :)
