Sweet Sweet Potato Casserole
I never knew i loved sweet potatoes until now, this casserole was great. I left out the pecans because i didnt have any on hand and i used fresh coconut flakes. I did use a food prosessor to mash the sweet potatoes up before adding them to the rest of the ingrediants which was just easier. it reheats great too. this will definetly be added to my holiday menu every year!

Lemon and Mustard Dipping Sauce for Artichokes
I liked this dip and im not really a fan of mustard too much so i enjoyed the lemoney flavor. I used a seedy mustard that i have found i liked over others so it probably depends on themustard you use as to the flavor of the dip. Overall though i really did like this recipe.

Butternut Squash Risotto
Great Recipe. easily a new favorite. I will definetly be making this for thanksgiving hoping to wow everyone! I added a little extra wine in the end because i didnt think it was creamy enough. I took the advice of using only 3 cups stock not 5 and i think to make it perfect next time i will use 4 because it came out slightly dry (before i added the extra wine) but overall it was great!
