Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
This was so wonderful and very easy! I followed the popular reviewer's tips (1 and 1/3 cup of milk, 4oz parm, etc) and it turned out wonderfully. The next time I made it, I used 1 oz of grated parmesan and 3 oz of store brand italiano cheese and it was more delicious this time! It's a keeper

Lime Garlic Chicken
Followed the recipe exactly the first time, turned out very delicious. Was concerned with the amount of the butter though so decided to try 3TBS of butter and 1/2 cup of olive oil and kept everything else the same, turned out just as great but healthier. Thanks for the recipe since this is a keeper!

Chewy Granola Bars
I thought this was very good, too good to be healthy, haha. It was more of a oatmeal bar cookie rather than a granola bar. I used 1/2 cup unsalted butter instead (since I only softened that much) and added about 2 and half tablespoons of applesauce to make it 2/3 of "butter." I also added about 1/4 cup of wheat germ and white chocolate drizzle on top. Next time, I will cut back on the sugar and add more peanut butter and dried fruits in place of the sugar. Thanks for the recipe!
