Learning to cook by my Mother that was Italian. She taught me to cook at a very early age.
My cooking triumphs
Making New York Style cheesecake, that everyone likes, and being able to make a cheesecake even before I liked them, and having a cheesecake bake without cracks.
My cooking tragedies
Boiling rice, even with written instuctions or instant still a flop. Glad I do not like it much.
