Gnocchi I
It was my first time making gnocchi, and I wish this recipe had included more tips on how to make them fluffy and well cooked. The gnocchi were doughy after they rose to the top of the boiling water. They were heavy, plain, and not as delicious as the gnocchi I've had in restaurants before. I'll try again though- this could just be user error. Thanks for sharing.

Roasted-Vegetable Stock
I didn't use the same vegetables you did, but I did roast mine like you suggested. Great idea- the flavor really came through! Thanks.

Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash
This was absolutely fabulous. I have avoided squash in the past but no longer! Not too greasy, just a hint of sweetness, and packed with flavor. Thank you for this recipe- no changes required.
