I love cooking for family & friends. It makes me so happy to feed loved ones a delicious meal! I am a stay at home mom and love to cook during the day so my family has a great hot meal in the evening. My favorites include: Aussie Chicken (from Allrecipes), any Southern type cuisine, Italian cuisine (especially a great Bolognese sauce w/pasta - I use Giada DeLaurentis's recipe) and course being from Texas, BBQ and Mexican cuisine! Our typical family cooking traditions include Southern fare such as Fried Chicken w/mashed potatoes and a big pot of fresh green beans, cornbread, Chicken & Dumplin's, potato salad, baked beans, fried green tomatoes, meatloaf, mac & cheese......COMFORT FOOD!!
