This recipe is very similar to a rhubarb square recipe my nan makes, so I was really excited to try it. It turned out great! It is time consuming, but if you like rhubarb it's a nice way to use it up.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yum! Kept a great shape, (I hate cookies that flatten out). Followed the recipe exactly except used margarine instead of butter. Still turned out moist and chewy. Definitely a keeper! Thanks Joan :)

Vegetarian Gravy

Peanut Butter Heaven

Tasty squares, but definitely should be in a larger pan. I had to increase the baking time to about 30 minutes with the 9x13 pan. Will make again, but either half the recipe or use a larger pan. Thanks!

Baked Pineapple

First time I've ever tried Baked Pineapple, and was pleasantly surprised. Didn't have any "buttery" crackers such as Ritz, so I used what I had- saltine crackers. Definitely think it would be better with the buttery crackers. Yum :)
