Easy Lemon-Blueberry Jam
I don't think there is a way to mess this one up - it's sooo easy and yummy. I only had one pkg. of lemon jello so I just used one pkg. of plain pectin as a substitute. I also doubled it and it worked great.

Slow Cooker Sausage with Sauce
Oh ya, this is really that good. We first had it over noodles, then on buns later in the week with some motz. cheese melted on top. If you don't like too much spice - use the mild sauce and mild sausage... it still has plenty of flavor.
