Love making desserts --especially apple pies or cakes.

Being Italian, we love our pasta. I make spaghetti and lasagna regularly. The spicier the better. Mom's a great cook and taught me well.

Took me a long time to master my Mom's pie crust recipe.
My cooking tragedies
Too many early pie crusts went into the garbage. Not to mention the many tears shed and phone calls to Mom!
