Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

i adored this cookie!i made a few changes. i added 2 sticks of butter (softened to room temp not melted) added 1 1/4 c of brown sugar and 1/4 c of regular sugar and added 2 tbsp of vanilla like someone recommended. crispy on the edges and chewy in the middle!!!! delish!!

Chocolate Coconut Balls

i liked it alot! i left out the bread crumbs and instead of pecans used almonds. i also didn't add the mini chips to the coconut. it tasted like that well known chocolate bar i love!

Vegetable Lo Mein

i liked this dish alot. the only thing though i minimized the amount of hoisin sauce to a tablespoon and a half and i didn't add honey. i also added about over a pound of shrimp. my dad and husband liked it. overall there were no leftovers so it passed inspection.

Banana Bread I

i absolutely adored it! i made one for my in laws (which may i add are the pickiest eaters in this world) and they finished it in less than an hour. i also made some for my parents and they loved it also. now for any special occassion they ask me to bring some of that bread over. i found that it taste better when you use the bananas that have mostly brownish peel. you know when the banana is the most ripe?
