Banana Pancakes II
These were awesome! They are a little thick and took a bit longer to cook than normal pancakes (i used lower heat) but turned out fabulous! Will definitely be making this a regular breakfast for my family.

Spicy Indian Chicken and Mango Curry
This recipe was amazing! It was so light and delicious... I followed it to the t, then cooked up some basmati rice to go with it. I will definitely be making this again.

Cheddar Cheese Puffs
i searched several websites for a good cheese puff recipe. This one was quick, easy and delicious. I added a pinch of cayenne pepper and a salt instead of the dried mustard.
