Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
I did a twist on this. I grilled the asparagus and use the chive and onion cream cheese like the personal chef commented. But I drizzled Olive Oil and a Balsamic over with cracked pepper before grilling! Delish! No cold water bath or heating the oven up! Easy...Easy...

Fig and Olive Tapenade
Ok made this tonight and only waited about 1 hour and it was delish! Now lets see how it does tomorrow at the party. Go with the cream cheese. Great texture with the tapenade.

Apricot Pork Chops
Just made this tonight, loved it. Also rice is a must for the extra sauce to soak up. Not to sweet but just enough.
